David is Alphia’s Chief Executive Officer and President, bringing more than 14 years of executive pet food experience and three decades of consulting, executive and officer experience to the table. He joined CJ Foods in 2019 after filling the roles of CEO of Perfection Pet Foods and SVP, CIO and CPO at Big Heart Brands.
Cade is the Chief Growth and Transformation Officer leading Alphia’s business growth and transforming strategies within the company. With over 16 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, he’s well-equipped to excel in the pet food industry. Previously, he served as President at Lassonate Pappas & Company, CCO at Hearthside Food Solutions, and VP and GM of Dole Diversified North America.
John is the Chief Operating Officer leading Alphia’s operations teams across our network. He has over 33 years of experience working in the pet care industry. Before coming to Alphia, he worked at Nestlé Purina as Chief Technical Officer, and previously held the roles of VP and Director of Manufacturing – North America; and VP of Quality Assurance, overseeing North and South America.
Wade is the Chief Commercial Officer leading Sales, Commercialization, and Marketing at Alphia. Wade’s diverse career includes key positions such as General Manager of Operations Logistics of our Veracity business and Vice President of Sales at Alphia. With more than 17 years of experience, he has held roles previously with Solid Gold Pet and Natural Balance Pet Foods.
Fred is the Chief Financial Officer leading Alphia’s finance and IT teams. He has over 20 years of experience in financial, operational and strategic leadership positions within the food, consumer and retail sectors. He brings a deep understanding of food manufacturing, consumer industry dynamics and the capital markets from his past roles at Hearthside Foods, BDT Captial Partners, and Sears Holding Corporation.
Jack serves as the Chief People Officer and plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and shaping the Alphia team. With over 25 years of experience, he has a proven track record of driving organizational success. Previously, he served as CHRO at Spectrum Plastics and VP of Human Resources at Pexco. In both roles, he played a pivotal role in fostering a workplace of inclusivity.
