The Alphia 401(k) Plan encourages employees to save for retirement through pre-tax payroll deductions and offers employees the choice of several investment options.
SHIFT WORK/ DIFFERENTIAL
Production employees work a rotational 12-hour shift up to 15 days/month. Employees earn a minimum 8 hours OT per pay period. Employees are paid shift differential for night work.
TERM LIFE INSURANCE
Life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance paid to eligible employees.
HOLIDAYS
Time spent away from work is valued and beneficial to overall work performance. Therefore, Alphia is committed to allowing employees the opportunity to spend holidays with family, and currently observes eight holidays during the calendar year.
TUITION ASSISTANCE
Eligible employees pursuing a college degree qualify to receive assistance from the Company.
PAID TIME OFF
Paid Time Off (PTO) is earned based on an employee’s number of completed years of service.
PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE
Annual performance reviews are conducted giving employee’s an opportunity to earn a monetary award at the time of the review.
